She has done her MD and DNB in Psychiatry in 2015. She is also Trained in evidence based counselling techniques of Cognitive behaviour therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour therapy . Her experience is wide from De Addiction to social and community Psychiatry, to managing childhood and adolescent concerns. Her Areas of interest include Relationship and sexual wellness, personality Issues, De Addiction as well as OCD. Her expertise lies in bringing together the combination of Medical therapies and counselling for a holistic approach for the mental well being of her clients, which not only brings in relief in the short term but also helps in the long term relapse prevention and adds to the quality of life.
