Dr. Harshit Soni is a Consultant MD Psychiatrist trained at BJ Medical College and Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, one of the busiest tertiary care centers in the region where he treated over 5,000 patients during his residency.

He holds a Gold Medal for academic excellence from Gujarat University and has received additional external training from NIMHANS, Bengaluru, one of the most prestigious psychiatric hospitals in India.

Dr. Harshit grew up alongside the internet generation which is exactly who he treats. His clinical focus spans stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and the mental health consequences of modern hyperconnectivity: social media pressure, digital addiction, and burnout in an always-online world. 

He also works with individuals dealing with addiction and sexual health concerns.
